BABY/CHILD DEDICATION

A Baby/Child Dedication Ceremony is a time for you as parents to dedicate your child to the Lord and for us as a Christian community to commit our support to you. We offer this ceremony during our 5th Sunday of the month Celebration Sunday services (four times a year).

Ceremony includes:

• Introduction

• A scriptural encouragement

• Pastoral prayer of dedication

• Digital copy of your dedication service

Prior to the dedication, Children’s Pastor Libby Skillman will meet with parents to assist and encourage you in your child’s spiritual development.

NEXT STEP WATER BAPTISM CLASS

After entering into a saving relationship with God through Jesus Christ, the Lord asks us to take the next obedient step of water baptism.  Prior to baptism, children 2nd-5th grade and parents are invited to join Children's Pastor, Libby Skillman, for a 2 week class. Contact Libby Skillman (libby@lcfliberty.org) for more information.

Baptisms take place during our 5th Sunday of the month Celebration Sunday services (four times a year). We offer this baptism class in the weeks prior to each baptism opportunity. Contact Libby (libby@lcfliberty.org) for more information.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteering in KidsPoint is life-impacting for the children and for you! It’s awesome to see the Lord at work in the lives of children and families. As a volunteer, you get to be a part of teaching our children how to live and glorify Jesus Christ throughout their lives.

Orchard volunteers are male and female teens (6th grade and older) and adults who may serve on Sunday mornings, in our Tuesday night TruthSeekers Discipleship Program, and/or during special events. Consider serving individually, with a friend or together as a couple or family. We are committed to help each potential volunteer discover if this is a good ministry fit and, if so, to discover which aspect and age range of serving children works best for them.
