EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
30 hr/wk Nonexempt, Regular Part-time, Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of five years of administrative experience, be a regular attender of LCF, and engaged in ministry life at LCF.
Purpose: To provide secretarial and administrative duties as a support function to the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, Senior Associate Pastor, and Director of Administration.
Qualifications:
Demonstration of spiritual maturity and integrity, specifically, in dealing with highly confidential information.
Spiritual gifts or abilities that may include administration, encouragement, helps, service, and hospitality.
Excellent communication skills; high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Self-starter; experience in problem-solving.
Ability to be organized with frequent interruptions.
High degree of expertise in computer applications, such as, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
Administrative assistant experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to LCF’s Values, Doctrine, and Biblical Guidelines for Personal Discipleship and Ministry.
Model unity with LCF, the church staff, the Board of Directors, Board of Elders, and Lead Pastor.
General Office: complete general office duties assigned by Executive Team.
Administrative: provide administrative support for Director of Administration as needed, including the creation of computer documents and spreadsheets; compile information for various reports sent annually to government agencies; assist in miscellaneous projects as assigned. Provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor including screening phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendar. Support the Executive Pastor and Senior Associate Pastor as needed.
Meetings: prepare documents and reports for staff and Board of Directors meetings.
Secretary: attend and keep accurate minutes at staff and Board of Director meetings.
Events: coordinate internal special events and projects.
Communications: assist with drafting and editing communications prepared by pastors.
Legal and Tax: assist Director of Administration in keeping current with legal and tax issues pertinent to church environment; research topics as requested.
Finances: assist Director of Administration in managing all financial aspects of the church, such as corporate credit cards reconciliation, bill payments, check printing, payroll, and other duties as assigned; be available to work additional hours as needed when Director of Administration is out of the office.
Contribution Reporting: assist Director of Administration in posting contribution data as needed.
Human Resources: assist Director of Administration in administrative areas of personnel management, including vacation and sick leave accruals, maintaining payroll records, and employee files.
Any additional duties as assigned by Lead Pastor or Director of Administration.
ASSISTANT STUDENT PASTOR
Purpose: To effectively assist in the overall leadership and spiritual growth for students at LCF and in the surrounding communities; to effectively support the Lead Pastor in the vision and ministry of LCF.
Liberty Christian Fellowship is looking to hire a female for the assistant student pastor role. She will work alongside our male student pastor with students in middle school, high school and college age. Candidates need to be of post college age, with experience working with students in a Christian environment.
Exempt, Regular Full-time, Salaried position plus benefits (full family health insurance, retirement, cell phone allowance, vision and dental)

Ability to identify, recruit, train and deploy leaders – “reproduce” oneself.

Significant experience in and passion/love for working with students; values students.
Ability to understand student culture, to interact well with parents and other adults.
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate unity with LCF, the church staff, the Board of Directors, Board of Elders, Lead Pastor, and the Student Pastor.
Overall Leadership: assist Student Pastor in providing overall leadership for Student Ministry.
D-Group Leaders/ volunteer workers: assist Student Pastor in recruit, lead, train, encourage and maintain accountability with D-Group leaders and volunteer student workers. When applicable to also include summer interns.
Discipleship: discipleship for D-group leaders, adult leaders within student ministry, and students; meet with and also develop and conduct classes and Bible studies in order to provide discipleship opportunities.
Sunday Evening Student Services: assist Student Pastor with facilitating student services.
Pastoral Care: assist Student Pastor by providing pastoral care for students and D-Group leaders; build relational ministry with students through meeting one on one or in small groups; provide pastoral care and encouragement for parents of teens; report issues back to Student Pastor.
College Ministry: pastoral care for college aged students
Events/Activities: attend and assist Student Pastor with events throughout the year; plan and oversee large group activities with students designed to build unity and relationships.
Any additional duties as assigned by the Student Pastor and/or Lead Pastor.
DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
20 hr/wk Nonexempt, Regular Part-time
Purpose: To create visual material for the church and assist with digital and print communications; to oversee website creation and upkeep; shoot, edit , produce video for presentation to effectively support the Lead Pastor in the vision and ministry of LCF.
Primary Role:
Graphic Design: Create unified look on all materials and branding representing LCF, including sermon series design and slides, brochures, logos, business cards, letterhead, promotional materials, facility maps, etc.
Website: Manage website, including creation, design, and page layout; respond to requests from various ministry leaders to add, delete, and/or revise articles, registration forms, pictures, graphics, and videos on web; train ministry leaders to update their own particular ministry page; assist with development of new uses for website; be available to make time-sensitive changes on the web, such as cancellations or change of venue.
Video: Shoot, edit, and produce video promotions for various ministries, video messages from pastors, and video testimonies; produce videos to enhance/introduce Sunday messages and corporate times of worship.
Any additional duties as assigned.

CHILDCARE WORKER
Currently, we are in need of Childcare Workers on Wednesday (6-8:30pm) and Sunday evenings (4-7pm), our most utilized small group meeting times.
Compensation for childcare workers is $15/hr for individuals under 18 years old and $17/hr for anyone having graduated high school.
Childcare workers do not have to attend LCF but do need to complete an application and pass a background check.
The minimum age for childcare workers is 14 years old.
