People often search long and hard to discover the will of God as it relates to their ministry involvement. Discover Your Ministry is a workshop that focuses on helping fellow believers pursue the understanding of their God-given ministry uniqueness. The workshop offers assistance in knowing where to dig to find answers that will be life-producing.

Three areas are developed for each participant -- personality, spiritual gifts, and ministry passion. We accomplish this through teaching, questionnaires, reflection, group discussions, and question and answer periods. We bring to this workshop over 30 years of exposure to teaching about spiritual gifts in church settings. Our own teaching experience began in 1994.

When a person is involved in a ministry that uses their spiritual gifts, in the area of their passion, and in a way that is consistent with their God-given personality, it becomes energy-giving and not energy-depleting. What one then experiences has been described as, “... a spontaneous yet deep release of joy that says, ‘This is what I was made for.’” (Greg Ogden)
