Volunteer Opportunities
Kids Point Ministry is made up of many amazing, caring volunteers who love Christ, His church, children and families. These volunteers want to see Christ formed in the hearts of the kids of LCF, our community, and the world. We have male and female teen and adult volunteers who serve Sunday morning and during the week, as well as, at special events. We encourage couples and families to serve together. We believe that our volunteers will be blessed, encouraged and mature in their walk with Christ as they give in ministry.
We are committed to helping each potential volunteer process through to discover if this is a good fit for them to serve in and, if so, to discover which aspect and age range of serving children works best for them.
Kids Point Ministry is fun and exciting! It’s awesome to see the Lord at work in the lives of children and families and know He has the power to redeem and teach the children how to live their life sucessfully for Him at home, school, in their neighborhood or wherever they go now and in the future. Youth and Teens Serve The Lord Through Worship and Drama
Youth have been serving in our
Hands Up! puppet and drama team since 2001. Interpretive dance and dowel rod performances have been added this year, expanding the ministry dramatically.
These talented group of teens have been growing in character development, puppet manipulation and expression of story through dowel rod performances. What an amazing team of talented youth!
Word Out! worship band began in 2003. The youth and children of this team learn how to work together, to grow instrumentally and vocally as they serve on Sundays leading the children in worship. Worship is led with guitars, bass, drums, keyboards and vocalists.
