Marriage Enrichment
Over 100 LCF couples have gone through our 5-week Sunday morning class and have been challenged to invest in their marriages. You may wonder what is “Marriage Enrichment”? Our class is designed with the following purposes: Making marriages better – happier and more satisfying – than they are already; drawing out hidden potential possessed by spouses that have never been discovered or developed; learning skills to increase marital happiness that often go unused and are wasted; and making a “good” marriage “great”.
Marriage Enrichment Class
The class is held early each Fall. It is 5 weeks in length. The classes are held at the District Administration Center during Second Service, from 10am – 11am. Sunday school teachers (including nursery care) will be waiting to receive your children by 9:50am at the church. There is no cost for this class and a Marriage Enrichment notebook and handouts are provided.
You can sign up on the ‘Get Connected’ form in the church bulletin, by calling the Church Office at 816-781-3831, or complete the Class Signup Form online. Come and invest in your marriage with us!
“Love That Lasts” – Marriage Course
Another resource at LCF to strengthen your marriage is the “Love That Lasts” marriage course, led by Joseph and Megan Herren. Ask yourself these questions: Is your marriage where you want it to be? It may be great. It may be stagnant. Or your marriage may be in trouble. No matter where your marriage stands right now, most people want to enhance their love, rekindle it, or raise it from the ashes of despair.
